Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

Not Eligible For Return

• Minor variations in colour, shape, or size, as all products are handcrafted and unique.
• Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.

Process for Return

• Email us at hello@taamba.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and product images (if defective/incorrect).
• Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.

Shipping

• Avail free shipping on all orders above INR 1000 within India.
• Most domestic orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
• International deliveries usually take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
• Delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we always strive to ensure timely deliveries.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment

• We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and provide UPI & Net Banking options across major banks in India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.
• All transactions on our website are secure and encrypted for your safety.
